Looks can be deceiving. As we were waiting for the house key outside Tagaytay Highlands Villa Champaca #1, we noticed that the villa seems too old and not well maintained like those in Subic Homes. To our delight, the interior was beautiful ♥♥♥

Our Villa has 3 BR, 2 T/B upstairs, 1 toilet on the first floor, 2 Living Areas, 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen and a laundry area outside. This is good for 6 pax only, if you're staying overnight.
