CROSSWINDS RESORT SUITES, Tagaytay: Where Christmas Is Around Every Corner

CrossWinds Swiss Luxury Resort

Where to stay in Tagaytay? If you are looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by the crisp scent of 20,000 pine trees, a Swiss luxury resort in Tagaytay is ready to welcome you. CrossWinds Resort Suites has 24 very spacious hotel rooms, with suites that come with kitchen, dining area and separate living area.

CrossWinds Resort Suites Hotel Tagaytay

We stayed overnight at the 1-BR Suite. It's pretty good for at least 4 pax since the sofa is also a pull-out bed. Crosswinds Resort Suites is a bit far from the Tagaytay restaurants area and the restaurant inside the vicinity is still in the planning stage so they highly recommend that the guests make use of the kitchen in the suites and just bring their own food for cooking :)

The kitchen is complete with pots and pans, rice cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Really spacious living area

Our breathtaking view - surrounded by evergreens

My niece loved this room because she liked the "princess bed"

Even if CrossWinds Resort Suites do not have their own restaurant yet, they still serve buffet breakfast - American and Filipino - perfect combination. Also, if you ever get hungry and do not feel like driving all the way to Olivarez, do not worry because CrossWinds Resort Suites has their own convenience store inside the property. You will surely find something yummy that will satisfy your hungry belly.

Even the breakfast area feels cozy :)

"Finds Village Store" - the only convenience store in the vicinity

And to our great surprise, just beside the Village store is Santa's House! Not only did the kids found this amazing, but the adults as well. Too bad, Santa was not there that day but we sure had loads of fun playing in his house.

Rudolph and the rest of the reindeers went out with Santa - only Vixen and Prancer were left to entertain these little kiddos

Sweet! Who would've thought that Santa lives at CrossWinds Resort Suites?!

"Rock and Roll" while Santa is away

She belongs!

The Christmas Village is definitely the highlight of our stay at CrossWinds Resort Suites :) This left a mark on the kids' childhood memories.

Aside from Santa's house, you will also find a swimming pool (although it's not heated :p ), a helipad (which can be rented out for events - awesome view, by the way) and a Christmas store. A gym, spa and resto are expected to be done by 2014 :)

Swimming Pool

Helipad, which also serves as an events place.
(Php 20,000 for 8 hours)

TIP: Schedule the event during sunset. The view is just WOW!

Christmas novelty items will be available till December of this year.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay at CrossWinds Resort Suites; and the most important thing for us is that my niece loved it! She felt like she's really in Christmas Village especially after visiting Santa's house and the Christmas Store.

    1. Hi Fifi :)

Super relaxing ambiance coz there aren't too many people around.
You have to be a hotel guest or a lot owner in order to go inside :)

Other activity areas: pool and Christmas store. You may bring your bike - the place is really nice for biking, too :)
