Celebrate the good life at Solaire, where you can enjoy a special feast for every occasion. Solaire offers a wide selection of 7 restaurants (that include four signature restaurants and 3 quick serve dining areas) and 2 bar areas. Each features stylish interiors and a myriad of exquisite cuisine and choice beverages.

1. ECLIPSE – 24 hour bar with live entertainment every night

2. DRAGON BAR – laid back luxury lounge that serves cocktails/coffee/teas, light breakfast in the morning and pastries all throughout the day.

The most popular Solaire signature drink for the ladies is “Fleur De Sureau,” which is champagne based; and, “The Reviver” for men, which contains Absinthe

“Cashing Out” – known for having calamansi syrup. This tasted like strong margarita.

“Eastern Sunrise” – a super refreshingly sweet mocktail that contains raspberry jam.

Former OFW Joebert Tabiola prepared a special concoction with a bit of alcohol for me :)

3. FOOD COURT – Asian and Western quick-serve options separated into 6 dining choices:

Sapporo (Japanese food), Pan Asian (South-East Asian cuisine), Hong Kong, Chicken Lickin (for chicken lovers where chicken is tackled in every way possible), American (American fast food), Patisserie (coffee shop concept)

4. LUCKY NOODLES – 24/7 quick-serve restaurant offering Asian comfort food such as rice dishes, soups, barbeques, dimsum, noodles, etc.

5. FRESH – casual all-day dining open 24 hours: international buffet and a la carte menu

6. YAKUMI – modern Japanese cuisine

7. RED LANTERN – authentic Cantonese cuisine serving dimsums, seafood and other delicacies enjoyed over modern design interiors and striking art pieces. 
This is a place perfect for Chinese families who love eating out in big private dining rooms.

8. FINESTRA – authentic Italian cuisine with a sophisticated ambiance overlooking Manila Bay.

9. STRIP Steakhouse – contemporary dining; only the freshest prime cut meats available – there is no freezer in the kitchen so yeah, the meats should be fresh. This is what I am looking forward to trying out next.
