You should definitely go and have the Best Xiao Long Bao (Php 138 - 6 pieces) in Kao Chi, Quezon City :)
It was cooked to perfection!
I loved how the wrap contained all the soup inside and how it bursted with exquisite flavors in just one bite.
One tray is not enough for me alone.
The BLACK PEPPER BEEF TENDERLOIN (Php 338) was another surprise to us.
It was sooooooooooooooo tender and flavorful.
You might want to prepare yourself to eat more than a cup of rice with this dish :)
