We were invited by Sofitel to try the Beauty Staycation Package. While the wellness consultant advised me to try the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), a revolutionary anti-aging program that smoothens even the deepest wrinkles, I chose to opt for the colonics hydrotherapy instead because I do not think I am ready for the beauty treatment yet. Maybe next time when my deep lines are more prominent :)
PRP is actually one of Vietura’s bestselling treatment. It’s the same as a stem cell treatment, but this one uses blood platelets harvested from your own. Once your blood is collected, it is then placed in a centrifuge where the platelets are separated from the rest of your blood components. The extracted platelet rich plasma is injected in your deep lines or wrinkles to promote natural cell growth thus producing that youthful effect on your skin.
