Borei Angkor Resort and Spa - Best Hotel Rate in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Borei Angkor Resort and Spa - Best Hotel Rate in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Among all the hotels in Siem Reap, Cambodia, we decided to book at Borei Angkor Resort and Spa because they give the best hotel rate and offers. For just USD 93 a night, we enjoyed 1 king size bed plus 1 extra single bed, daily buffet breakfast for three, complimentary set dinner at their cafe, round trip airport transfers and free Wi-Fi in our room :)

Upon arriving, we were impressed by the hospitality of the Borei Angkor staffs. They do not want to keep their guests standing while waiting at the counters so they assisted us to the huge lobby to have a seat while they arrange everything and bring the luggage in the room. Upon our request, we were also upgraded to a bigger room at no additional cost.

Thank goodness for the spacious bathroom

Borei Angkor Resort's delightful rooms are inspired by nature, which are rich in local hand-made silk & craft-art. The rooms are built with the famous Cambodian golden wood, replicating the classic Cambodian architecture that offers a warm and homey ambiance.

The daily buffet breakfast was awesome! We always look forward to the special noodle soup every morning. It was soooo good! I am still salivating every time I think about it. There were plenty of dishes to choose from, wide variety of freshly baked breads, cheese, egg station, cereals, fresh fruits and juices, bacons, beans, potatoes, etc :)

Breakfast buffet galore at Borei Angkor Resort and Spa

My friend Ligia preferred egg noodles with the soup while my husband and I strongly recommend it with the rice noodles. I promise you, Borei Cafe's noodle soup is the best!

Stir-fried noodles - this is also really good, especially with their special sweet sauce.

Aside from the daily buffet breakfast, we also had one free complimentary lunch/dinner. We chose to claim it during our last night at the hotel, right before having a relaxing massage. The set menu started with some dinner rolls, a Cambodian appetizer and Caesar salad, followed by a bowl of creamy pumpkin soup. I had the grilled beef steak while Mark Davis and Ligia enjoyed the ultimate burger.

Splendid complimentary dinner at Borei Angkor Resort and Spa

Our stay won't be complete without experiencing Borei Angkor's MUDITA SPA. A visit to this tranquil sanctuary was the perfect ending to our Cambodian trip. We were entitled to 20% off from their treatments but a simple request was again granted - hooray to 50% off! Although personally, I still feel that the spas in the Philippines are way better in terms of massage services :)
