My cousin and I were so excited because my niece, baby Sofia Gabrielle is finally applying for her own passport.
In order to do that, she must have a picture first.
I find this baby passport picture soooooooooooooo ADORABLE!!!

BUT...
This baby passport picture was rejected.
Why?
because...
1. Baby should not wear any hair accessory.
2. Baby should not wear any jewelries (earrings or necklaces, etc)
3. Baby should wear collared shirt with sleeves (EXCEPT WHITE)
hahahahahaha
now we know!
