We were all impressed by Impressions, a French Restaurant in Maxims Hotel, Resorts World Manila.
What a wonderful delight to see the "live" kitchen while waiting for our food to be served.
There were also fresh herbs at the kitchen counters :)
Lovely azaleas were used as the ornamental table centerpiece. And, crayons were readily available in case you want to write sweet notes for your date.
Among all the food that we have tried, this veal shank cooked for 48 hours was the most talked about. It was very tender and cooked to perfection!
How we wish we were able to pair our succulent dishes with this exceptionally premium-priced wine. How expensive? It only costs Php 200k a bottle! hihihi

ReplyDeleteI’m just craving with those foods and I think that it is very delicious food; I am hoping that I will visit and feel to relax in this Maxims Hotel someday.
