Marriott Manila Appoints New General Manager: Scott Sibley

Marriott served free flowing drinks all night - champagne, red wine, white wine, beer, cocktails, juice, etc...

It was an evening full of eye-candy desserts and fresh appetizers, which eventually filled our hungry tummies.

Fresh Tuna and California Maki were among the crowd favorite

Marriott Manila's "make your own soup" station - I had mine really spicy!

Fried Seabass with plenty of different sauces to choose from - yogurt mint, mango something, mushroom something, etc. :p

Okay, let's talk about the main event: Marriott Manila Appoints New General ManagerMr. Scott Sibley. Did you know that he started out as a chef in Marriott Hotel 27 years ago? Now, he's more than happy to take over Marriott Manila because, being married to a beautiful Filipina, Philippines is where his heart is ♥♥♥
